These terms govern your use of u2aiagro.com. By using the site you accept these terms. The site presents U2 AI Agro, a venture of U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş., and allows you to contact us.

U2 AI Agro (formerly U2 Agro AI) is a working platform deployed through scoped pilot programs; capabilities may evolve between releases. Content on this site is informational and is not an offer or a guarantee of results. Visual demonstrations are illustrative interface concepts, not screenshots of the product.
3. Decision support within your limits
U2 AI Agro irrigation recommendations are decision support with their reasoning shown. Automatic operation runs only within grower-defined safety limits and can be disabled at any time; responsibility for agronomic decisions and their outcomes remains with the grower or enterprise. Crop, yield and savings outcomes are not guaranteed; impact is measured per parcel in pilot programs and reported from data.
4. Third-party names
All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this site, including referenced standards, are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. No sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and designs on this site belong to U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or automated form requests.

Liability for intent and gross negligence under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, and any mandatory provision of Turkish law that cannot be excluded, are reserved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
